Dr. Sarah Weber is a 2009 graduate of the Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine and a 2004 Veterinary Science graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Sarah and her husband Matt have three children, Molly, Brynn, and Clayton, and they reside on a farm outside of Tecumseh where they raise cattle, as well as horses, chickens, and numerous other critters. Sarah was active in 4H and rodeo as a youth. She showed pigs, sheep, and rabbits for 4H and competed in barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, and breakaway roping in junior, high school, and college rodeos. Her kids have become very active in 4H as well, showing horses, cattle, and pigs. Sarah is currently an active member of St. Andrews Catholic Church, Nebraska Veterinary Medical Association, and American Veterinary Medical Association and volunteers on the Johnson County Fair Board and Agriculture Society. In her “free time,” Sarah likes running, barrel racing, reading, and going to her children’s numerous sporting, musical, and academic events. Her favorite part about rural mixed animal medicine is the diversity of the animals she sees and the relationships she builds with the clients.
